Water


Ideally, you should consume one gallon or four liters of water per day. This should come from a combination of water dense foods (veggies!), and drinking water.

Tap water is TOXIC! Do not drink it unless you are desperate. The two best ways to purify your water are distilling and reverse osmosis; it is what rain water used to be before we polluted the air. The next best water source is filtered water. (The filter on your refrigerator is not adequate.) The next best water source is bottled water.

Alkalize your water. I prefer to use just lemon or lime juice, or a few droppers full of Super Phosphozyme Liquid.
