Recommended Foods


This section provides an in depth look at what foods you should eat for wellness. Please remember that health is the goal. Weight loss, less pain, less gas and less fatigue are the results of health. Feeling, looking and performing well are the natural side effects of health!

Here are a few things to remember as you start your eating-for-wellness journey:

  • Have the correct goal. You need to know where you want to go before you can ever get there.
  • Always think, "slow, constant improvement."
  • Don't make promises you won't keep (Saying you will never eat junk food again is unrealistic and is a negative goal, not a positive one.)
  • Never start by focusing on what you are NOT going to eat; but what you ARE going to eat. (There is no "can't," or "have to," only "choosing."
  • You can eat twenty candy bars a day if you choose. Remember, you are changing your diet because you choose to, not because you have to. Get this concept ingrained from the beginning.
  • Eat your favorite, highly toxic food naked in front of the mirror while reading "The Innate Diet Book"!
